Grab one of our fantastic letters from Santa an elf or other fun characters.

Santa's lost button Letter- (Please email or text the child or family name to us after purchase so it can be addressed correctly)- Santa has lost his button! This letter is designed for something different on Christmas morning. It comes with a poem from Santa along with a button that parents need to hide before leaving the letter somewhere for the children to find. Children are then encouraged to look around the room or house to find this button and look after it for a year, so Santa can pick it up again next year. This keeps the Christmas magic alive all year round.

Traditional Santa Letter- (Each letter is personalised so please email or text the child's name, age, what they have asked for for Christmas and any other information that you wish to add after you have successfully checked out)- Our Santa letter is a lovely memento to bring the magic of Christmas home for your little ones. It comes with the personalised letter, a candy cane and a small bag of reindeer food.

Elf Letter- (Each letter is personalised so please email or text the child's name, age, the name of the elf and any other information that you wish to add after you have successfully checked out)- Our Elf letter is a letter from your elf friend on his return to your home. It will include some of the things your elf has been getting up too and a sweet from the North Pole. Add an Elf for only £6 extra!

Fairy Letter- (Each letter is personalised so please email or text the child's name, age, the name of the fairy and any other information that you wish to add after you have successfully checked out))- Our Fairy letter is a letter from your very own Fairy. It will include some of the things your Fairy likes and a sweet from Fairyland. This is an ideal way to help your child with any worries they may have and encourage their imagination to develop.

Dinosaur Letter- (Each letter is personalised so please email or text the child's name, age, the name of the dinosaur and any other information that you wish to add after you have successfully checked out)- Our Dinosaur letter is a letter from your very own Dinosaur friend. It will include some of the things your Dinosaur likes and a sweet from Dino Island. This is an ideal way to help your child with any worries they may have and encourage their imagination to develop.

Please email all information to info@sgentertainment.co.uk or text 07474122222. Please also include your name and if possible, your order number so that we can find you easily.

How to use our website

Please have a look through our products where you will find different items to select.

1- Select the category you are interested in.

2- Please select the item you wish to purchase using the tick box next to the product and then click on 'add to bag'. (Please note the website will automatically let you add the item to the cart without ticking any boxes. This will show as £0.00 on your cart page. Please do not checkout without £0.00 amount showing as the order will not be fulfilled).

3- Once you have selected all items you require, click on the little picture of the bag to go to your cart.

4- Fill in the required information and select your preferred payment method.

5- Once all information is filled in, please complete the transaction. An order confirmation will be emailed to you.

6- If you have selected any item that needs to be personalised, please email the required information to: info@sgentertainment.co.uk or text it to 07474122222. In the email or text please include your name so we can easily find your order and match the information to it.

7- Your order will then be processed and posted via Royal Mail. You should receive it within 3-5 days of you ordering.

Kiddie Crafts is part of the SG Eccomerce. A registered UK Partnership. We run a variety of businesses and as Grace's parents have set this up for her to earn a little bit of pocket money. This is a small, free website that we do not pay for. This is so we can grow it slowly to help Grace. As a result there is no option for us to add policies including privacy, refunds, shipping and terms of service.
